When you upload a file to FileBeef, it is processed on our server and immediately deleted after you download the result. We do not store, read, inspect, or share your files. Ever.
If you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed (encrypted) password, and basic usage statistics (number of conversions). We use this data only to operate your account and enforce free tier limits.
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps to detect abuse and maintain service stability. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe may store payment information subject to their own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or analytics purposes. We use the following services to operate FileBeef:
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from your dashboard, which permanently removes all data we hold about you.

FileBeef is a web-based file conversion and editing platform. We provide tools on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free results. Always keep backups of important files before processing.
You agree not to use FileBeef to upload or process:
Automated abuse, scripted high-volume requests, or attempts to overload our servers are prohibited and will result in immediate access termination.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. FileBeef claims no rights over your content.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (€3/month) or annually (€20/year) via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
FileBeef is not liable for data loss, file corruption, or business losses resulting from use of the service. Use at your own risk for critical documents.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
